ARTIST BIO

My life's journey has been a richly woven tapestry. The center of my universe are my husband, daughter, and grand daughter.

Along the way I have been blessed with tremedous family, friends, and adventures.

I left home at fifteen and worked for many years as a hairdresser, winning a few awards and gaining a great understanding of people.

At thirty-one I went back to school to pursue my passion for art. I studied and was awarded a Bachelor's of Fine Arts - Honours from Monash University majoring in ceramics.

Life then took another twist and I spent eighteen years living in the Middle East, Africa, and South East Asia. You will often see the wonderful cultures I experienced creeping into my artwork.

I live on the Mornington Peninsula a place full of art and ispiration. I'm lucky enough to be able to walk along the beach almost every day and experience its beauty.
